House sitter needed, 1 month, St Albans with lovely dog

About this assignment

Looking for someone to stay at our place while we are away, take our dog on a walk once a week and enjoy St Albans.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

- Walk the dog once a day
Feed the dog twice a day
- Put the rubbish out each week as you use it
- Just keep the place tidy for when we come back
- Bring the chicken eggs inside every couple of days, we will be having someone come once a week to clean the chicken pen and top up their food

What are the good features of the property and location

- Walking distance to St Albans city centre
- we like on the park of St Albans city
- lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance
- parking permit for you to use while you are here
- pubs and bars
- 2 x train stations in walking distance

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Just make sure you are comfortable with dogs (and a large one) and that you will be comfortable walking the dog once a day. We will do a practice walk before you come so you can be walked through everything
