About this assignment

Like someone be happy for staying just outside Norrköping/Östergötland/South Sweden for approx. 18 days in summer 2024.
It can be a single, a couple or a small family feeling responsible when doing the house sitting.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and cuddle, pet the cat, it’s an easy-care tomcat being in and out.
Keep the house tidy and clean.
Keep the house safe and secured.
Water some plants and pots in the garden.
Be responsive to any problems that might occur.

What are the good features of the property and location

Lush green nature surrounding 5km outside from Åby, 20 min. north from Norrköping.
Hiking directly from the house, lakes are close by for swimming or kayaking.
Detached traditional Swedish house with a green garden and forest.
Terrace to south with chairs, umbrella, grill, different sitting areas in the garden
Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Sauna.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

If you feel quite reliable and tidy with respect for animals needs.
If you like to care of the garden as well. It is lush green and quite relaxing to sit, view and listen the insects like bumblebees or butterfly.
