New Orleans Condo in Highly Walkable Area - During French Quarter Fest & Hogs for the Cause!

I am looking for a clean and responsible individual or couple who loves animals and is looking to hang out in New Orleans for a couple weeks!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed dogs breakfast and dinner
Potty breaks
One 30-45 min walk per day
Bring in any mail and packages
Place trash & recycling bins out on assigned day
Potentially water plants if needed
Keeping the place generally tidy

What are the good features of the property and location

My condo is located just 1.5 blocks away from all the action of the Freret Street Corridor! Freret Street has multiple restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, a grocery store, a live music venue, and more all located within a 10 minute walk of the condo.

I moved recently and will upload better/more photos this weekend. Your room has a queen bed with blackout curtains, a dresser, closet, and en suite bathroom. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, reading chair, and a smart TV. There is a dining area between the living room and kitchen. Kitchen has all modern appliances including a Breville espresso machine. My hybrid office/closet/sewing room has a sit to stand desk with a large monitor you can plug into if needed. There is a full size washer and dryer and another full size bathroom. There is a large front porch as well!

There is one gated off-street parking spot and I have 2 bicycles available for use.

The condo is very centrally located. You can get anywhere in 15 minutes but usually less. You'll be 9 blocks from the St. Charles streetcar line and 1 mile from Magazine Street. The RTA bus lines 9 & 57 pass right by the condo, and the 51 line is 4 blocks away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I have upstairs neighbors and as the condo is located on a busy street, there is a lot of vehicle traffic - trucks and buses can be a bit loud.

I do not have a yard so all potty breaks will be leashed.

Can I bring my own pets?
