A week with a Westie in Oregon near wine country & Portland

About this assignment

Looking for a responsible, non-smoking, caring, couple or single to stay with our friendly 2 yr old Westie. He loves people and will be happy to show you all his favorite walks.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Keep the house neat and clean, put garbage & recycle out for weekly pickup, take Tux for 2 walks of at least 30 minutes each - mid-morning and late afternoon. He also needs a very short walk at bed time. Water a few plants on the front patio, our back garden has auto irrigation.

What are the good features of the property and location

Wi-fi with desk space and printer for remote workers, large screen TV and a smaller TV in guest room. Guest room has twin beds which we can make into a king bed if preferred. Seasonal HOA heated pool and year-round workout room available within walking distance. House is located 30 minutes from Portland and 20-30 minutes from Oregon wine country.Local wooded walking/biking paths, single bicycle available. Walled front patio with seating and privacy fenced back yard with BBQ and table for outdoor meals.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitters will need their own car, may not bring pets of their own, no smoking or vapping any place in the house or on the property.
