What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You will be totally responsible in my absence for daily feeding, caring for my animals…3 horses, Yoda my amazing rescue dog, Rocky the needy sausage dog, 15 Rabbits, 7 Chckens, 1 parokeet, a cockatoo, 1 wild cat & Koi carp in pond. Would appreciate a bit of gardening if you find yourself twiddling your thumbs.

What are the good features of the property and location

Close to Foix, but only by car as in the countryside. Stunning walks along the forestry tracks & totally amazing views. Your own double spacious bedroom & full bath (shower) room on the top floor of the cottage. Plenty of room for parking (large camper vans etc. in the flat enormous entrance area). We also have a covered swimming pool, not heated but if your ok with a cooler dip, not too bad.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I prefer mature people & ideally a couple as isolated & although great to disconnect it does mean a 10 minute drive to all local amenities, hence the need for own transport. Must have horse experience.

Can I bring my own pets?
