About this assignment
We are looking for a trustworthy, clean, and responsible person/persons to care for our 2 fur babies and home while away visiting family in April 2024.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Love our fur babies as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. Be respectful of our home and neighbors. In the event there is a late snowfall, you will be responsible for clearing the driveway and sidewalk in front of the house.
What are the good features of the property and location
We are located in a very quaint, small town about 45 minutes north of Denver, CO, USA. TONS of hiking trails nearby and about an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Provide current police check. Our little dachshund mix gets a little temperamental at the fence with the neighbors dogs, but listens when you call him back.
Can I bring my own pets?

We had an amazing time with Louie and Boudin in Kelly and Craigs beautiful home. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Communication and expectations were clearly laid out and they were quick to respond if questions arose. The location was perfect with Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins and the Rockies all less than an hour of Berthoud. The pups were super sweet and loved snuggling up on the couch. We will miss those little guys and hope to visit again someday. These two are awesome. I arrived early for my sit because they were leaving on a weekday and I work remote. Kelly is an amazing cook and if she offers you food....take it. You will enjoy anything she cooks. Boudin and Louie are super sweet and love nothing more than being on your lap any time you sit down. They are very affectionate and loving dogs. Kelly left the house super clean and it was easy to keep it that way. (Cleaning supplies were readily available). The house is gorgeous. The views are amazing. I love the area and weather there. Thanks Kelly and Craig for a wonderful sit. I had a great time.
