Two cats in West Cork need company for a few weeks during September

About this assignment

A person who is responsible, tidy & caring, & will look after our cats (George & Belle), our house & our garden as if they were their own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Mind & feed the cats, & mind the house, leaving it as it was found. We don't expect the house sitter to be a gardener but there may be one or two jobs that need doing while we are away, such as watering the conservatory plants & harvesting the vegetable patch (for their own consumption).

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house is 3kms from the centre of Clonakilty & just over 6kms from the nearest beach. It is a 4 bedroomed house sitting in half-an-acre with a mature garden, including formal garden, wild area, vegetable patch & two ponds.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Own transport will be needed but cycling & walking are an option with the new greenway that runs beside part of the N71 into Clonakilty.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
