About this assignment
We are looking for somebody who will take care of our cat and dog and look after our garden and keep our house tidy, we don't mind smokers

What are the good features of the property and location
we live in an old villa on the Czech country side, in the nature but also close to the city, we live 20 min from the mountains and 1 hour away from Prague
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
the dog can not stay home alone for longer periods of time, the cat and dog like to cuddle and be around you, cat will sleep on the desk if you are working

Lovely pets and lovely owners
Flip and Tiger are the calmest pets I have ever taken care of. It is very weird to hear Flip barking. Maybe just when he detects any danger outside. He is very aware in the garden. He works properly hehe. Apart from that, he likes to be inside next to you, following you, every where you go to support whatever you are doing. He loves to play with his one of many teddy bears. Tiger is an indoor cat, but he never breaks anything rather than paper. He just goes on adventures around the house. He loves to be combed...anything that scratches him is great! The first thing he is going to do in the morning is asking you for a massage. If you work with laptop, he is going to lay down next to it, sometimes sleeping, sometimes pumping his head on your arm asking for more massages. Melinda & Rob welcomed and farewell me very nicely picking me up and dropped me off in Prague (Melinda) and cooking vegan (Rob). They were very attentive, patient and comprehensive by phone, even though they were travelling with motorbikes, and friendly and talkative in person. Flip got injured, who knows how? And they were very trustworthy to me letting me handle it. I really appreciate it! They also recommended me many places to go and lent me their car.

Very easy house sit with a very sweet dog and cat and easy-going owners
This was a special sit, in a country we never had visited before. Flip, the dog is very sweet and always happy. He would do anything for his treats and has always energy for a walk. He listens very well and behaved always well with other people, children and animals. We could always walk him off leash without any problems. Tiger, the cat, is an indoor cat. He needed his attention and was always lying close to our keyboards while we were working. We mowed the lawn every 10 days and we had to water the garden regular, because it was very warm and dry during our sit. The house is simple, but has everything we needed, including good internet. The area is very beautiful and tranquil. We visited Prague (1 hour and 20 minutes drive), Liberec (30 minutes drive) and many smaller villages close by. Iwan cycled a lot and we enjoyed the area. It's an outdoor activity area with many hiking trails. Melinda and Robby are very, very relaxed and trusted us completely. We did send them regular updates and we had a great time at their place. We recommend this sit to other sitters and hopefully we can come back again ourselves.
