About this assignment

We are looking for some one or a couple preferably 30plus. Who loves dogs and are willing to spend time with ours while exploring Co.Clare

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after a horribly spoilt, energetic dog with lots of attention and longish walks and feeding, obviously. Otherwise please don't burn down the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

The property is a 4 bedroom rural dormer bungalow. It is in a quite country area 5 miles from Ennis Town but has a local shop and pub within 5 minutes walk. It is fairly close to the Shannon estuary and 30 mins from the sea and some nice beaches. There will also be a electric car available for you to use as long as you bring your licence and are will to pay to be added on the insurance or have your own. There is good wifi and sky tv.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Although we want you to enjoy yourself this is not a Party or Rave house. ( I sound old and boring now). It would suit someone or a couple who enjoy active sight seeing and maybe a relaxed beer or glass of wine in the garden. There are also some good roads for running, cycling and walking. The date below are the date we will be away from but we would have extra room if you wish to stay slightly longer either side of these dates.
