Someone who loves pets and is super responsible and clean. Single female preferred with background check, no smoking or drug use, able to walk large dog.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk the large dog at least once daily for 20-30 minutes, feed cat and dog in morning and eve, clean out litter box 1-2x, ensure that cat is in by dark. Take in mail.

What are the good features of the property and location

Lovely yard, safe and secure neighborhood, nice neighbors, comfortable fold out memory foam couch, modern kitchen, parking, close to downtown, central heat, sunny and bright.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I'd like to see to a couple of references. I'm looking for someone mature and responsible who loves cats and dogs and might also be available for future gigs.
