About this assignment
Looking for nice person(s) who love(s) dogs, goats and chickens and the simple coastal life style. Ideally you love plants as well, don't smoke cigarettes and work from the house, so you can be around the animals.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed and walk dogs, feed goats, feed chickens, just be around the animals and make sure they don't get lonely or neglected. Water the garden a bit and enjoy the little farm...
What are the good features of the property and location
Gap ocean view, surf one mile away from house. Access to surfboards/ boogie boards, tiny farm, very private, close to Trader Joe's, grocery stores, gyms, pickle ball, restaurants, stores.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Must love dogs, remember to lock up chickens at night, be loving to animals and kind. Don't have parties and be respectful to neighbors,
enjoy the lovely space and the ocean. Please, no cigarette smokers!
