About this assignment
Someone who is confident in rural locations and has their own transport. But we can also lend our spare vehicle if needed. Must love animals as ours are all spoilt and rule the house. The outside animals love fuss too.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed dogs and cats daily. Ensure all animals have fresh water daily. Daily walks for the dogs. Cats are very independent so you may not see them!
What are the good features of the property and location
We have 31 acres to explore so dog walking is easy! Our nearest town is 10 minutes by car but offers everything you will need. Larger towns are within 20 minutes and there is so much to explore
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Location as we are slightly remote. Someone who is happy with dogs being on sofas with them. The other animals are relatively chilled but like a chat every now and again.
Can I bring my own pets?
Yes
Restrictions: We ask that our animals are treated like we treat them. Lots of love and cuddles, especially the dogs who love being with people. We do not allow smoking in the house, but outside would be fine if. You will have access to our whole house during your stay

Our stay with Clare and family,
We were well received by humans and dogs alike. Had a pleasant meal and were shown the ropes. A synopsis with everything that's impotant and a grand tour around the house and grounds. And lovely grounds they are, lots of space for both dogs to run around, for the goats to wander and both sheep to be. The cats are lovely to sit and play with. We had a good time as well as with the animals and making some trips. Very good stay.
