About this assignment

We are looking for someone or a family who would love our house right by the beach and take care of our two big hounds. They need a good walk at least twice a day and you would also need to feed rabbit and fish.
Clean and quiet and reliable.
Uses to large dogs.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after pets, 18mth old long haired Weimaraner and 3mth old German Shepherd.
Minimum watering of plants inside and out.
Keeps it clean and looks after the house in general.
Feeding small pets.

What are the good features of the property and location

5 mins walk to beach across the burrows.
Stunning sea views views from top floor very large lounge.
Well equipped kitchen & 4 bedrooms.
Two log burners with wood supplied.
Large bath and walk in shower.
North Devon golf club on same road.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is over 3 floors so would need to be able to manage stairs.
Confident with dogs and enjoy walking.
Early risers, 1st walk by 9ish
