About this assignment
Maintain the house in good conditions whilst looking after my 2 small dogs.
The neighbours are really nice so, keep good relationship with them and have good communication with me with updates about the pets.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
I normally walk the dogs once a day for about 1 hour plus two or three more short walks in the neighbourhood or in the park just opposite to the flat.
What are the good features of the property and location
There is a open space with large TV and internet connection. The terrace is at ground level and it is a very nice space to chill out.
It is a short walking distance from the city centre.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
I would prefer dog lovers. My dogs are lovely but as every dog, they have their own personality and character. They love going out and ask for human contact therefore someone able to spend time with them would be ideal.

Ahhhh, Mia and Pedro ❤️ Just finished up a three and a half week stay with these sweet pups and I am already missing them. Fabio is a great host with a comfortable home. He has trained his pets to be quite lovely. They have a routine they like and are well behaved, friendly, fun dogs and all of the neighbors love them too! I’m happy I had the opportunity to spend the time in Bilbao with them.

Con Pedro y Mia en el pais vasco!
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to take care of Mia and Pedro during these 16 days. It was a wonderful and very rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking them for walks, playing with them, and ensuring they received their daily meals. Both are charming dogs, and it was a pleasure to spend time with them. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything necessary, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location, just four train stations from the old town of Bilbao, was ideal and allowed me to explore the city easily. I especially appreciate Flavio for staying in touch with me the whole time, ensuring I had everything I needed and that everything was in order. Thank you again for trusting me to take care of Mia and Pedro. I hope to have the opportunity to do it again in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at Fabio’s place! His two lovely dogs, Mia and Pedro kept me good company and made the experience so enjoyable. I had wonderful walks and explored the rich culture and vibrant city of Bilbao. It was a truly wonderful experience. Fabio’s friendliness and the lovely neighbors made me feel right at home. He provided all the instructions I needed and we stayed in touch through WhatsApp. I highly recommend staying here!

Best dogs!
Honestly, there is nothing bad I can write about my stay at Fabio's. Mia and Pedro are the best dogs! They are super friendly and great company. The are very used to their routine, are really good on walks and behave really well at home. If you love dogs, you will love them! Fabio left instructions for everything, he showed me around before he left and we kept in touch all the time. 10/10.
