Puppy care and a spectacular lake view

About this assignment

Must love dogs, have experience and be able to follow precise care instructions. I have two 19 month old puppies, but would leave only one at home while traveling (more info if we’re a match). 100% trustworthy and responsible with excellent communication skills and references. My puppy is high energy, intelligent and sweet; requires daily walks and 2-3 trips to the park weekly.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Daily feeding at breakfast and dinner time; treats during walks and between meals for stimulation and exercise. At least three walks per day. At least three trips to a local park per week. 100% supervision or crated (puppy is social and loves snuggling; minimize time spent inside crate).
Potty breaks every 60-90 minutes.
Puppy can be left unattended in crate a maximum of two hours at the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

Spectacular, sweeping lake views, including a brilliant sunrise. Large deck to enjoy the views. Boathouse for fishing. Quaint house - feels like the middle of nowhere but just minutes from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. High speed WiFi and streaming services.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must have your own car. There is nothing within walking distance. The house is located on a quiet one-way street. Perfect location to telework from.
Dates depend on my travel schedule and can be adjusted 1-2 days on either side of range.
There is no garbage pickup. Drive an easy 3 miles to the nearest recycling center to drop garbage and recycling.

Can I bring my own pets?
