Someone who love cats, who enjoy play with them and someone reliable who dont will party and will take care convenientily of my appartement cleanning daily and watering my plants. :)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To feed my cats, clean their litter, left the balcony door open, water my plants and keep clean the appartement daily like a normal person.

What are the good features of the property and location

My appartement is in the est side of Nantes, a very nice city with a lot of places to visit and no so far from the beach.
Near from bus C2 and others, quiet neighborhood, nice view from the 4th floor, sunny in the mornings and always very luminous, bike and parking place available. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy nearby. A big park to run not far.
His a comfy one bedroom appartement with fridge, microwave, washing machine and wifi works perfectly.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I prefer a not smoker person. My cats are 11yo, they sleep most of night, I hope you enjoy to play with them, they are VERY sweet, specially Colo.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
