Sweet cat sitter wanted for my cat in Best (Eindhoven)

Hi there! :)

I am looking for someone (or a couple) who would like to stay in my home in Best (next to Eindhoven) and take care of my furry baby.

River is almost 15 years old and loves to get attention and cuddles. Especially since losing Kaylee in Augustus 2025, he can’t be alone for long. That’s why I prefer having someone stay at the house instead of having a cat sitter who stops by twice a day.

Mind you, River is used to sleeping with me in bed :)

Who am I looking for? Someone who is experienced with cats and loves to spend time with them. Someone who is reliable, clean, non-smoking. Keeping me updated via messages about my cat is also important.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main focus would be on taking care of my cat, being there for him. Next to that simple things like cleaning their the box, feeding him, refilling the water well when needed, but mostly playing with him and giving lots of cuddles!

What are the good features of the property and location

I live at my parent’s place who have a big house with a big garden. It’s in Best, close to Eindhoven, with public transport close by and the train station 10 min with bike. From Eindhoven it's very easy to explore more of the Netherlands or Belgium or Germany. We have fast Wi-Fi (so working from home is definitely an option) and a smart TV. You can use my city bike during your stay.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My furry baby is my everything, so please only apply when you love cats too :)

It’s a fixed date: June 7th to June 16th. Of course you’re welcome to arrive a day before, that would even be my preference.
