What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Take good care of our two four-old female cats: feed twice a day, change litter box 2-3 times a day, play with daily. Care for our lovely home, water plants, bring in mail, take out trash weekly, keep house clean and tidy,
What are the good features of the property and location
We live in a quiet, attractive and well-kept neighborhood 5-minutes' walk from a 270-acre lake with a 3.5 mile walking trail around it. Views of the Rocky Mountains from the house and yard. A 45-minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. All required stores and amenities are available within a few minutes' drive. We have a beautiful, bright, 3-bedroom home with all amenities including wifi, cable TV, A/C, washer/dryer, parking and more.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We will be out of town during the house sitter's stay. And there is no backup for our two cats. So we need someone we can trust to be honest, dependable, and loving to our kitties.
