What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

From October 2025 to March 2026, the volunteer will be responsible for keeping the premises clean and tidy and relay information while we're away.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is 15-20 min walk from the sea, the river and a grocery shop. It has a big garden with a large variety of fruit trees.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Be ready to live in the countryside of a small developing English-speaking island (which is very different from the States). Nature is bountiful but don't except any night life around.
Please check flight and visa requirements before applying.
Non-nationals can stay for 6 weeks first and then apply for extensions for 4 weeks first and then 6 provided they can show that they have sufficient funds to provide for themselves without working on the island.
