What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You will walk and feed the dogs, water the plants, check the mail, clean up after yourself to ensure the house is the same as when you arrived.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house was built in 2021 and we are the first owners to live in it. It is very clean and organized. The kitchen has an island, a well-stocked pantry you have access to, and a gas stove with a griddle in the middle. You can stay in our guest bedroom with its own bathroom. It is a 3 bed 2.5 bath home. There is a washer/dryer available. We have many TV subscriptions as well. One room is an office where you can plug into the monitors and work from home. I live in a very safe neighborhood with access to a community pool, gym, coworking space, dog parks, walking trails, biking trails, etc. We are 20 minute drive to most places in Austin. https://www.eastonparkatx.com/

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My home is in the suburbs and there is not good public transportation available. Ideally the sitter would have their own car in order to get around town. There are a number of Turo cars available for rent in my neighborhood as well.
