What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We just ask that you treat the home as you would your own — keep things clean and tidy, and please, no guests or parties during your stay. You're welcome to use the designated bedrooms and common areas freely. If you ever need to be away overnight, just let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements together.
For the dog, she's sweet and easy to care for! She eats twice a day (food is provided), loves a good walk or play session at least twice daily, and enjoys being let out in the backyard on nice mornings and evenings. While you're home, feel free to let her in and out as she needs. If she ever seems unwell, her vet info and payment details will be on hand — just take her in without hesitation.
On maintenance days (pool and yard crew), please keep her inside or head out for a walk while they're working. And a small but helpful reminder — please take the trash out on collection day!
