Beautiful Delray Beach Florida - 2 sweet Pugs

Hello !
We are looking for a true DOG LOVER to care for our home and 2 super sweet hilarious pugs while were are away. Dates are a little flexible as we are securing a house guest before booking the tickets .
One of our fur babies is a diabetic and needs an insulin shot at each meal AM & PM.
( He is regulated ).
We are looking for someone who is willing to give a tiny needle injection . He is used to it and doesn’t feel it at all .

The neighborhood is safe , friendly , clean and has many amenities to enjoy .
Our home is very comfy and will feel the love the moment you enter. We would like to share it with a special person who would care for it and enjoy it as we do.
We travel quite often, so this could be an opportunity for the right person to enjoy our home as a 2nd home over & over, when the timing is right.

Also we are open to allowing you to use our car .
We can discuss more if this assignment appeals to you .

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Top priority are our babies . 2 very friendly, loving and FUNNY pug brothers who require 2 short walks around the block per day in the AM and Early evening.
(**ANGUS must be fed & dosed with his insulin, 12 hours apart. This is pretty strict, due to his diabetes )

They will return the kindness with so much affection.

They pretty much sleep during the day, tho Angus want to sneak in bed with you at night which we allow, but a simple " GO TO BED" command sends them to the Living room, if you prefer that he doesn’t lie at your feet . We will also be happy to allow you to use our car here just locally ( it’s a lease with limited miles ) and only ask that you drive us to and from airport. ( 20 mins away ) .

What are the good features of the property and location

Located in beautiful Delray Beach area 15 mins from beach . Our community is quiet and offers a beautiful pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball. We are 6 miles downtown and the beach.
Home has 2 bedrooms- ( one is an office )
2 full bathrooms
1 Bedroom w/ King size bed
2 Large screen HI DEF tv's, 1 in living room & 1 in Master bedroom . Central A/C -Electric heat washer -dryer
There is a pull out sofa in the back sunroom/office
Front Lanai for sitting.
Back patio with a grill

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Diligence with insulin shot & feeding 12 hours apart .

Our Pug babies are very sweet, friendly, affectionate & well behaved. They need to be around upbeat, loving people and are used to body contact & love and don't mind that they want to be close to you at all times xx
Other minor duties ; take in the mail daily.
( for extended stays we may as you to take out the garbage 1X per week.
