About this assignment
Ideal candidate is required to be a kind companion for for our cat Happy, tend to the hens and water the garden which includes a polytunnel.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Let out, feed, water hens and collect eggs. Make sure Happy the cat has food and water and to keep cat litter clean. Also check on garden and water outside if needed and monitor polytunnel watering system and collect produce.
What are the good features of the property and location
Dormer house situated on the main Bruff to Newcastle West rd and 1.9 km from main Limerick to Cork road. 10 mins from Charlieville, 20 from Adare and 25 mins from Limerick city. 30 mins from the Ballyhoura walking and cycling trails.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Property is rural, own car would be ideal but public transport is 1.9km away. Have a bike if needed, 5 minute cycle to nearest petrol station,
