About this assignment

We are looking for someone who:
- Loves cats and dogs
- Won't leave the house more than 8 hours at a time
- Trustworthy
- Will remember to water the plants
- Good communicator (send regular updates and pictures)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

- Taking care of a sweet cat and dog
- Watering the plants
- Communicating if anything goes wrong with the pets or house, and being around when needed

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is large and comfortable. It has a sizable back yard and a deck. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Denver, and a 25 minute drive to the nearest mountains.
We also have a large TV and most streaming services available, and a little gym room with an elliptical, rowing machine, and punching bag.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Please only apply if you love animals, and know that you will never have to be away from the house for more than 8 hours at a time.
