Both my dog and cat are very sweet. They are used to having me in the house all day so they do need a fair amount of company and presence. My dog is on a diet so she's only allowed to eat specific dry food. No meds at the moment.Cat is easy!
I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy individual or couple who genuinely loves dogs and cats and will care for my home as if it were their own. The ideal sitter is calm, responsible, and happy to follow my pet's routines, including feeding, walks, play and any specific care instructions.
From a house perspective, I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and communicative, so I can travel knowing my dog and home are in safe, caring hands.
** We travel several times during the year, so we may have several house-sitting opportunities. Please check the calendar for upcoming dates **
The main responsibilities include caring for my dog and pet by following their daily routine (feeding, walks, companionship, and any specific care instructions), and keeping the house clean, secure, and well looked after during my absence. I’m also looking for someone who will communicate clearly if any questions or issues arise, so everything runs smoothly while I’m away.
It's located in a historic town a few kms from Turin; it's a small gated community with communal gardens. My apartment has a small garden too so it's a great place to be outside, enjoying the sunshine.
The house is approx 90 sq mts, has 2 ensuite bedrooms. It's modern and cosy!
The town is really cute and well served: bus stop to Turin is just 200 mts from the house and the train station a 15 min walk.
House sitters should be comfortable caring for a dog and following a set daily routine, including walks and feeding. They should also be happy spending a good amount of time at home to provide companionship, and be respectful of the house and neighbourhood. Reliable communication and availability for the full dates of the sit are essential, so please apply only if this fits well with your plans.
No, sorry.

Ella & Misha in Chieri Italy
I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week in Chieri taking care of the adorable Ella and Misha. Naturally at first they both took a while to become use to the stranger in their home, that’s to be expected. When they realised I was their source of food, water, walks ( for Ella ). , pats and cuddles they both became less cautious with each passing day. Ella loves her Walk’N’Sniff outings morning and evening and occasionally a third one as a special treat. You don’t need to wonder where you’ll be taking her as she makes that decision for you choosing different paths based on her mood some times quite short other times it could be up to an hour exploring the local streets. Rest assured when she decides it’s time to head home that’s the only direction she will head. Amazingly even on tge one hour + long walk with her, she deciding each and every turn, when she’s ready to come home, she perfectly navigates her way back to her house. Misha on the other hand has the freedom to explore outside the boundaries of her home within the gated complex where they live, so often she may be out and about inspecting the grounds for hours at a time. As night approaches calling them inside for the end of the day is a routine they are both use to and the tapping of the food tin with a spoon usually brings Misha the cat promptly back in hope of her treat reward. Laura, Ella and Misha’s mum is a very calm relaxed and communicative parents who enjoys regular updates from the pet sitter whilst she is away, she happy to see how much fun her two fur babies are having at home. The town of Chieri which is accessible by mainline train station is primarily flat making it very walkable and all suitable for cycling with plenty of variety and atmosphere to be enjoyed by the pet sitter. So should you be looking for a Petsit to care for two adorable pets who are very low maintenance and chilled, this would be a great Petsit for you and I’m sure you’ll leave with lasting memories. Ella & Misha missing you both “Already” Regards Zio Claudio

We loved Chieri & Laras home
We spent 2 and a half weeks taking care of Ella and Meisha and it was great all around. Ella and Meisha were easy to take care of and we fell in love with Chieri and Lara's home. The market was very close and so was the walk into town. Ella takes you for a walk and will go left or right out of the complex. She knows where she is going and will bring you back. Meisha is on the feral side and you need to be careful petting her but she likes to be around you. Lara is awesome and a friend for life now.

Dog & cat sitting in Chieri - March 2026
Lara was very friendly and her home is very welcoming, with a guest bedroom and bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen (no TV but that wasn't a problem.) We went for a walk together so she could show me the usual dog walk. The house has a garden which was nice for her dog Ella. Ella was very easy to look after, and always let you know when she wanted to go outside in the garden or come in. She enjoyed her walk to the park and was friendly around other dogs, although care is needed near roads. Mischia the cat had her own cat flap for easy access, and was easy to care for if a bit aloof. Chieri has some interesting buildings and has a traffic free centre, about 40 minutes by train from the centre of Turin. The parks of Pralormo, Venaria Reale, and Monchieri castle are nearby if you have a car. I would certainly sit again for Lara if the opportunity arose.
