About this assignment

I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy individual or couple who genuinely loves dogs and cats and will care for my home as if it were their own. The ideal sitter is calm, responsible, and happy to follow my pet's routines, including feeding, walks, play and any specific care instructions.

From a house perspective, I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and communicative, so I can travel knowing my dog and home are in safe, caring hands.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibilities include caring for my dog and pet by following their daily routine (feeding, walks, companionship, and any specific care instructions), and keeping the house clean, secure, and well looked after during my absence. I’m also looking for someone who will communicate clearly if any questions or issues arise, so everything runs smoothly while I’m away.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's located in a historic town a few kms from Turin; it's a small gated community with communal gardens. My apartment has a small garden too so it's a great place to be outside, enjoying the sunshine.
The house is approx 90 sq mts, has 2 ensuite bedrooms. It's modern and cosy!
The town is really cute and well served: bus stop to Turin is just 200 mts from the house and the train station a 15 min walk.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

House sitters should be comfortable caring for a dog and following a set daily routine, including walks and feeding. They should also be happy spending a good amount of time at home to provide companionship, and be respectful of the house and neighbourhood. Reliable communication and availability for the full dates of the sit are essential, so please apply only if this fits well with your plans.
