Looking for someone to take care of our two dogs, water plants , bring in mail. Our house is meticulous and I would like it to be kept this way

Our house was remodeled a year ago and is excellent shape, in a quiet neighborhood near to lots of wonderful walking trails and hikes. Also just a 20 minute drive to the beaches in Malibu

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Really would like people who will sleep here every night and who are huge animal lovers - our dogs are our babies. No parties please. You will need a car
