One bedroom home about 3 miles outside of San Miguel de Allende

About this assignment

I'm looking for someone to take care of my little rescue do and water my lovely plants and not let them die!
Someone quiet, who likes being at home.
No loud parties and absolutely no smoking in the house.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Loving on my little dog, Nacha Mendez..
Watering and talking to my plants.
Keeping the place secure.
Keeping it neat and tidy.
That's basically it.
Just trying to fill up this space with the allotted amount of words!

What are the good features of the property and location

My place is about 3 miles from the center of San Miguel. There are 3 units and I am in the middle. My landlady is right next door, so having someone pretty quiet is important. There's a big yard for the dog, with a dog door to the house so she can go in and out while you're gone.
It's comfortable, mostly quiet (as opposed to Centro which is sooo loud) and there are lovely hiking trails around.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It's not in Centro so you would need a car. There is a bus, but it doesn't seem to have a schedule. There are little tiendas not to far, if you like walking.
No air conditioning, but a couple fans and screens on the windows for the breeze.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
