Can be a win win solution for the right housesitter as well as home owner.
I am looking for someone reliable and who can communicate with the home owners in English.
Also, some references would be great.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To stay in communication with home owner, via email or whatsapp, Keep the place Clean. Check for leaks, when there is an unusually heavy downpour of Rain. Keep an eye on things, like the water pump, and possibly look after a few prized tropical plants. I have no pets.

What are the good features of the property and location

We, Canadians fell in love with this property because of its views. It is not
In a gated community, but a very safe area. We have lived here 10 years, so all the neighbors know us, and we know them. There is public transportation from the door. Also the nearest beach is like 30 minutes away, and the city of panama is a 40 minute car or bus ride. Good access to
Other expat areas like Coronado. Local chiva (mini bus) stops at our door.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our home is located in a lush mountain community, known for its tranquility, however only an 8 minute paved ride to the main highway. Ideally, it would be best to have your own vehicle, however, younger people do okay, busing it as well. Also, if you are interested in earning a little income, while living here, it is an option.
