What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Zoey is still a pup at 5 years of age and needs to get exercised and be loved. The house is fairly low maintenance, but I do have house plants that will need to be watered. A green thumb is not a requirement, a few less plants would not be a problem.

What are the good features of the property and location

Winter and Summer wonderland in the High Sierra. Truckee area is resort life at its best. 20 minutes to Lake Tahoe. 45 minutes to Reno Nevada.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You are out in the country and transportation is required to get really around and enjoy the beautiful Sierra. There is some public transportation available, but it would truly limit your experience,.
