About this assignment

Looking for dependability and tidiness in a mature, responsible house sitter. We prefer nonsmokers and absolutely no drug use on the property. Honesty is critical.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

*Basic house sitting and caring and giving attention to one cat.
*No yard work or heavy chores.
*Staying in weekly contact with us.
*Keeping things clean and in order

What are the good features of the property and location

Safe, friendly and historical small town in the heart of Germany. Lots of nature, and all amenities are within walking distance. Public transportation to larger cities readily available. Culture center also in town.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

They must be willing to commit to the agreed upon time frame. Dependability is a top priority for us.
The apartment is on the second floor, so the sitter will have to be able to go up stairs.
