About this assignment
Someone who keeps the house clean, mows the lawn if needed and enjoys being in the countryside. We hope they will leave the house as it was found. Must love cats.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Keep the house clean
Mow the lawn
Feed my very friendly two cats and play with them.
Change the litter tray on a daily basis although now only used occasionally as the cats go outside
What are the good features of the property and location
Fairly large, well maintained and decorated and very comfortable house.
Parts built around 1780's,so has beams
Large well established garden
Friendly neighbours.
Woods very near for lovely walks.
Near a town
It is near to the Welsh Marches. Lots of pretty villages and beautiful scenery

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Are they happy being out of town (although it is not far)?
Are they able to look after the two cats?
As the house is 4 bedroomed, it is a fair size, do they mind this if they are on their own?
Do they mind some low beams?
Can I bring my own pets?

Looking after home and wonderful Max and Socks.
Linda and I arrived at Lynne and Ronnie's home to a very warm welcome. They immediately made us feel at ease. We were shown round the beautiful home and given all the tips and advice we needed with regard to both caring for the home and the two gorgeous cats. All this was carefully documented. They had decorated for Christmas, which was lovely and the home was absolutely fabulous. We had a wonderful time playing with Max and Socks who were delightful. There are so many places to visit in the area and, very little traffic! I would recommend this as a 'number one' and am eager to return.

Relaxed stay with two lovely cats!
We had the pleasure of looking after Lynne and Ronnie's lovely home and two young cats, Max and Sox! The cats are so loving and love a fuss, it was very easy to lose time with them cuddled up on the sofa with us! Lynne's home is just beautiful and ideal for people that love nature and the peaceful surroundings. Shops are only a short journey away by car or bus. Lynne and Ronnie were so welcoming and provided all the information necessary for the house sit and cat care, we felt at home immediately! I would highly recommend this house sit to any one who loves cats and nature. We hope to return again as we loved every minute!
