Hello, we live in a very cozy and comfortable mezzanine in Camberwell, London. There is a double bedroom and another smaller bedroom with a sofabed. We have a 5 years old medium sized dog who is very comfortable at home and doesn't require a huge amount of care apart from a few walks a day in our local parks. Our 11 year old cat is almost completely independent and just enjoys a little company.
Whoever chooses to stay at ours and help with taking care of our pets would have to take our dog out 3 times a day, but obviously depends on the length of a walk. For the cat, he’s fed once a day and to keep the litter clean. For our flat, the flat is tidy and clean and would expect it would be kept like this.
The flat is in the centre of Camberwell, a super vibrant area in south east London. There are lots of amazing places to eat just within 10mins walk and if you don't mind jumping on a bus the surrounding areas have tonnes to offer, with Peckham and Dulwich being the neighbouring areas. Single bus can take you to Covent Garden to be central. There are two balconies, well equipped kitchen, smart tv, fibre internet.
Please do consider that the maximum our dog can stay left alone at home is 4-5 hours. The normal routine (which isn’t strict) is morning walk, then second walk, then a short run at the end of the day. The dog would be happy overnight for 10 hours, as long as she has a wee when we do wake up. Our cat is very low maintenance, you probably won't even notice him as a responsibility!
No, sorry.

Perfection
Highly recommend this house sit. Anastasia and Greg are lovely hosts—very kind and great communication. Their home is very nice, extremely comfortable, and in a great location. The pets, Oreo and Ayla, completely stole my heart. They are the most easygoing, soft-natured cat and dog. Oreo, the cat, is independent but after a few days will come looking for cuddles on the couch—super cute! Ayla, the dog, is gentle, well-behaved, and loves her routine of food, walk, sleep and repeat. They are both absolute sweethearts. There are plenty of dog parks nearby, great restaurants, and easy access to anywhere by bus. Thanks so much for having me—I loved my stay.

Ayla and Oreo
I house sat in Anastasia's and Greg's lovely home for a little over a week in South London, caring for Ayla their Greek rescue dog and Oreo their cat. I fell in love with both of them! Ayla is the sweetest, most gorgeous dog, who is a little anxious so what works best is if you are calm and gentle around her as she can startle easily. What made her really happy is if she can walk on her terms, which is by sniffing everything (owing to her breed) The long lead allowing her some leeway is best for this and if you take treats you can divert her attention away from edible findings and also coax her to walk in certain directions. Whenever she would find something to eat , a gentle but firm 'no' would have her drop whatever she had, followed by a treat reward worked very well. There are numerous parks in close proximity and the best park for Ayla was Lucas park where there's an enclosed dog area for running around and chasing the ball. She absolutely loved it there and had lots of fun. Oreo will take a few days to warm up, after all you're in HIS house but when he does come around there's nothing more rewarding than his purrs and little distinctive meows. The apartment is super lovely and a creative space with the most comfortable bed and everything you need. The area itself, well connected with buses and the hosts lovely, welcoming and always readily available. I loved my stay and look forward to returning one day as Ayla absolutely stole my heart!
