We live in a confortable house, 160m2, big garden, nice English speaking neighbors, direct bus connexion to the city center, calm but close to the city

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The person should like cats. Our cat is used to have somebody around. Our house has several bedrooms and two bathrooms. We might have visitors who will use one bedroom and one bathroom and who will share the kitchen with you. You should be fine with that.
