Cat/House sit by the sea in Kent UK

About this assignment

We prefer a single person hopefully who loves cats, one of which is mostly indoor, but who is now allowed in the rear garden only, as its been " cat proofed" , the other one can go out. The sit would be ideal for someone who works from home as our cats are used to us being around! Also we like the idea that someone is around the house a fair bit. Our home is a large detached house is 3 mins walk from the seafront, nice walks in the area, pubs, restaurants, shops

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To ensure that Mia the indoor cat doesn't escape, ( she has a large outdoor catio affixed to our conservatory) , the rear garden has now been " cat proofed" so as long as a certain gateis always checked that it's closed, shes allowed into the rear garden. Morgan the other cat is allowed outside but is always kept in at night, keeping the house secure, a little watering of the garden/greenhouse

What are the good features of the property and location

A 3 minute walk to the seafront, large garden, spacious character house with large rooms, we have a cleaner that comes for 2 hrs every 2 weeks, bus routes very close, train station a 25 minute walk away

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

that you would really look after our cats and keep them secure and happy, very mindful of where Mia the indoor cat who is now allowed into the rear garden ( it's been cat proofed) Making sure the house is looked after too securing doors and windows when you go out, Making sure that both cats are indoors if you go out too.
