Dogs & cats sitter 06/07-02/08 (slightly flexible dates) in beautiful Angera by Maggiore Lake

About this assignment

I am looking for an animal lover who will want to spend some time with 2 beautiful dogs and 2 beautiful cats, while exploring the nice town of Angera and its surrounding Maggiore Lake area.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Main responsibilities will be to feed the 4 animals (2 or 3 times a day), take the dogs for a short walk (once a day) and clean the cats litter. And obviously some cuddling will be welcome!

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is located in Angera, 15 min walk from town centre and lake. It is surrounded by other houses, and plenty of green areas, but a supermarket, a bakery and few restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. The house has two floors. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bathroom. The lower floor has a "taverna" with its kitchen and bathroom, a guest room and garage. You would be staying on the main floor of course.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

One of my 2 dogs is big - although he is good, he likes to bark at other big dogs and hence needs to be kept with leash while walking. Otherwise, the other dog is very easy, and so are the cats.
Angera can be reached by train + bus, or we can pick you up at a nearby train station (10 min). We can leave a car for sitters' use, as well as bikes.
