Looking for a caring sitter/s for Gioia and a comfortable house with outdoor space in Rome

About this assignment

Responsible, caring and pet lover, who can take good care of Gioia, take her for daily walks and share time with her. She is energetic and pulls during walks, so requires some strength to handle her. Someone that will keep in touch so I can be sure that she is well attended.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of Gioia, play with her, take her for daily walks 2 times a day, feed her respecting her daily required intake (food will be provided by us of course). Some days she will also go to the dog day care. They pick her up in the morning and drop her at home in the afternoon.
Water the plants and keep the house clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house has plenty of outdoor space (for Rome standards). Is located in a quiet street in Mezzocammino ( a residential and modern area with many parks and green areas). The house has 3 floors so is important to consider that you will be using stairs constantly.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a big underground playroom with weight and other workshop equipments. We also have 2 desks with screens and ergonomic chairs for those working remotely.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Gioia is a midium size dog 26 KG. She loves to play and does not know how to express herself. She barks when people arrive home, but just because she wants all the attention for herself and to be pet.
She also barks at bikes and scooters and sometimes to runners, she also pulls the leash when she goes to the park.
Take care of Gioia, play with her, take her for daily walks 2 /3 times a day. We also have a small garden where she can use as toilet in the morning and night.
