There are no pets to look after
Responsible, careful person or couple to look after the house, keep it clean and secure, and also water the plants. Not too many responsibilities - just keep clean and safe and water plants.
As above, keep house secure and clean, water the plants. Order gas when it runs out if necessary. Clean Pellet stove after use. Enjoy!
This is a simple little casita, very pretty, in the Albaicin, a world heritage site in Granada. It is like living in a little village up here, with bars and shops near by. Ten minutes walk to town centre. Heating is a pellet stove. Hot water is from a gas canister.
Lots of narrow cobblestone streets, often uneven. Some hills. Not for people with mobility problems. Lots of buses though also very walkable.. No parking close to house. Cold in winter, but beautiful blue skies. Lovely local walks.
No, sorry.

Granada - In the Albaicin - close to nature
I had a lovely time sitting for Roisin in her authentic Albaicin home. Within walking distance to the heart of Granada and the hills surrounding Durian and i could explore it all. every morning we ventured out to great the sun as within 3 mins we were on the sacred mountain looking over the city. This is where all the pictures of the alhambra are taken. If you like nature and trails this is a great starting point. Each night we roamed the sacred mountain with the best sunset views over the city. Roisin's place is perfect for a person or couple. Placed in the historic Albacine area next too much talked about houses. I recommend taking a guided tour to learn all about the history of the area. And of course to visit the Alhambra as well. Roisin was a great communicator and was helpful if i needed guidance on how anything worked in the house. She made sure i had enough pellets for the stove to stay warm in the winter and introduced me to a few of her friends who were inviting and lovely. I will defiantly be back to visit them again!
