About this assignment

I am looking for a loving, responsible sitter. The sitter will be responsible to look after my senior dog. I would love someone who will take care of him like their own, giving lots of love.
Someone kind and reliable.
The dates are not 100% settled and we can discuss the exact dates. But it will be more or less during that time.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The sitter will be responsible for taking care of my senior dog. He sleeps most of the time but should be taken out once or twice daily. In the winter his walks are short. They should feed and give medicine (just add to food) twice a day, and clean up after him if needed.
Since we are in Korea, they will need to recycle their trash correctly.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a very central great location. I am near a subway station and across the road from a big grocery store. There are many restaurants and bars around my apartment. It takes about 30-40 minutes from my place to get to Seoul, which is the capital city.
I live in a one-room apartment. I am on the 18th floor, so there is a great view. The apartment has floor heating, so it is very comfortable during the winter. It is a little bit old. There is a microwave, a kettle, and an air fryer that can be used. As well as a laundry machine (no dryer but there is a drying rack.) There is a security officer and cameras outside the building and in the elevators and hallways, so it is very safe. No cameras inside my house.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The sitter will need to clean up after him on walks and also his pee pads. He uses pads which I put in the bathroom. Since he is old, he uses them too, even if he goes out. He sleeps in the bed with me, so I hope the sitter will be okay with him sleeping in the bed. I will provide clean sheets.
It is a one-room apartment with a super single bed, so I think it will be uncomfortable for couples. It is Korea, so we need to recycle properly and I will leave instructions about that. No shoes in the apartment.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
