Lovley country house between Malaga and Granada

About this assignment

We are looking for a middle term housesitter.
We are going to sell the house in the nearby future, but do not know a exact time period.
We can not be at the house at the moment, so we need someone to look after the cats and the house.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after the house and property
Feeding and petting the cats
Keeping all clean and neat
Doing little garden work
Since we are in the process of selling, it may be necessary to have contact with brokers for viewing.

What are the good features of the property and location

Location :
Nice surrounding, small town around the corner,
propper heating in winter, between Malaga (1 hour) and Granada (1 hour).
And it will take a 40 min drive by car to the beach.
Good scubadiving spots in La Herradura (1 hour drive)
There are rock climbing options nearby, for example the John Hogbin Via Ferrata and its surroundings.
If you like hiking, this is the spot for you, you could start directly from the house. Or just a half an hour drive away you could start a hike to the top of La Maroma.

Property:
The house is fully equipped.
Wifi is available.
Our electricity is produced by a solar system with storage, so there is no need to pay for electricity.
We are connected to the public water supply. For short outages we have installed a tank, so there is always water.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will be in the countryside of Andalusia, far from tourism and entertainment, but a typical Spanish village is nearby. With grocery and dining options.

Can I bring my own pets?
