Flexible dates for 7-10 days - Care for 3 dogs, overlooking the mountains

Hi Sitters! I am looking for a mature, reliable and trustworthy person or 2 people to care for some of my dogs. Ideally sitter would speak English but we can communicate in writing if not.
I'm looking for someone for about 7 - 9 days somewhere between 22nd Sept - 10th Oct. I'm a bit flexible. I have 5 dogs but 2 of them will go somewhere else and 3 will stay here if I find the right sitter for us.
You would arrive a day or so before I leave to settle in and get to know the dogs a bit.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

- Always maintain a calm, confident energy. Dogs respond to the energy of their carer. Showing love and attention is important but being a calm and confident presence that dogs can rely on and relax with makes them feel most happy and at ease.

- Walk dogs twice a day, morning and evening. This is their routine and it's very important they get their walks because, due to the heat of the summer they have had limited other activities that they are used to having at other times of year.
Most days it is still not possible to walk after 9:30 am and before 19:30pm due to the heat. Dogs overheat quickly and heatstroke is very serious so walking times are important.

- Feed dogs once a day. Food will be pre-prepared and frozen and needs to be removed from freezer the evening prior, them left out for an hour or so before feeding to ensure it's fully defrosted and not still cold and then put in bowls at feeding time. Bowls and food containers need to be washed straight away to avoid wasps and flies entering the house.

- Water garden once a week with hosepipe.

- Communicate daily with some pictures and a message to let me know how it's going.

- Dogs can only be left for max 3 or 4 hours a day.

- Look after the house and keep it clean as you would at home.

- In the unlikely event anything happens that requires maintenance, contact me immediately, do not expend any money, there is a property manager I will contact.

What are the good features of the property and location

Casa rustica on the outskirts of the village. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful and very private terrace with a fantastic view of the Sierra Nevada national park.
South facing but with plenty of shade.
Double bedroom available for sitter that remains cool and a pleasant temperature all the time.
No air conditioning but fans available. I don't need the fans at all anymore now that the temperature has dropped a bit so don't worry about it being uncomfortable, it's a nice temperature now.
Kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, fridge freezer, pots and pans and well equipped.
Cosy sitting room with TV.
Bathroom with hot water.
Washing machine in laundry room and washing line for drying clothes.
Separate dining room or office.
No wifi, I work with my hotspot. 4g or 5g very good in the area. Streaming no problem.
Lots of seating areas inside and outside.
Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants.
Bike available.
Bus stop 10 min walk but there are only a couple of buses a day.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Experience caring for dogs is a big plus and someone who enjoys going for walks.

If you don't have a vehicle, I have a bicycle here to use to cycle to the shop. There is a decent size carrefour express that stocks everything.

Fiñana is a sweet, quiet village that has cafes, bars, restaurants and a good variety of shops.

I am happy to drive you to the nearest big town to do a better priced shop before I leave.
