About this assignment
Responsible, non- smokers, fit, retirees capable of looking after houseplants, small garden and outdoor plants , and who have their own vehicle, as we aren’t on a bus route.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
We want our house sitters to treat our home as they would their own, be observant, water houseplants, outdoor plants and very small garden (when required clear driveway ( winter house sitting) as well as pick up mail.
What are the good features of the property and location
We live in a single family 2 bedroom home in quiet friendly adult (55+) park close to wineries, museums , theatre, restaurants, and many outdoor activities, nature walks, only minutes from shopping.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Potential house sitters will be responsible for any some utilities or services they require and should have their own vehicle as we are not on a bus route.
Can I bring my own pets?

Beautiful Home Sit
We felt very fortunate to house sit for Lillian and Lawerence. Their home is located in a cute little gated adult community near a beautiful golf course and a short drive to a wonderful winery. Their home was very well equipped with absolutely everything you need and an easy care yard. We really enjoyed many hikes, golfing, paddle boarding, wine tasting and all the gorgeous scenery. West Kelowna is centrally located for easy access to so many towns and activities. Lillian and Lawerence are the sweetest people that were very accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel confident and comfortable in their home.
