About this assignment

Responsible, clean, kind and respectful person/couple who like cats. This is an association of very nice, quite people in one of the most lovely communities in Taos sitting on an acequia and overlooking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for cats, keeping the home tidy, and having a wonderful time in our beautiful iconic art community! Sitters will need to park in the assigned location, and the bedroom for the sitters will be our guest area upstairs but of course the entire home is open.

What are the good features of the property and location

It is very beautiful, neat with expensive artworks, outdoor spaces, and very centrally located to the Plaza, shops, stores, mountain trails and the ski Valley. .

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our male cat can be skittish and needs a quite gentle voice. He will adapt! Both cats are indoor/outdoor but leaving the overnight or more than 10 hours not ok. Feeding is done indoors. We have two floors with masters on both but the downstairs master will not be available to sitters.

Can I bring my own pets?
