About this assignment
A solo sitter who is trustworthy, tidy, responsible. Pie can be nervous with new people at first, so would like someone with patience and has a love for cats.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Keeping food and water bowls filled.
Feeding 1/3 can of mashed wet food at night.
15 mins daily playtime.
Water plants.
Clean litter box.
Check mail.
Keep the apt clean and tidy.
Send pictures and updates.
What are the good features of the property and location
10 minutes walking distance to Griffith Park entrance. The Observatory/Fern Dell trail there has amazing views.
10 minutes or less walking to Metro Station, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Pool with loungers available.
Shared laundry room for a small fee.
Great Wifi and workstation available.
Pie is a very chill cat and most likely will do her own thing. She's happy just being in the same space as you.

Cozy and Spacious Home with Lovely Pie
I was able to cat-sit for Aine for three weeks. The place is centrally located, clean, and very spacious. I had everything I needed during the stay. The apartment is part of an enclosed community and everyone was great. Doing laundry was easy as well, since they have machines on prem. Finding street parking around wan't bad at all. Communication with Aine was constant and clear. She was super chill and understanding. I would love doing it again. Pie, Aine's sweet cat was amazing to take care of. Not high maintenance but very loving. By the third day she had completely accepted me as a friend.
