About this assignment

We are looking for responsible people who enjoy exploring new area in exchange for taking excellent care of our furry family. We have one horse and one dog, so must be familiar with equines. We have winter and summer options around the Lake Tahoe area.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities include feeding 1 horse and 1 dog twice daily. Picking up manure daily.

Play with the dog and exercise the horse.

Water inside and outdoor plants.

Hike, swim and ENJOY!

What are the good features of the property and location

Lake Tahoe is a worldwide recreational destination. Depending on the season: skiing, hiking, biking and water sports galore.
Fine restaurants, brew pubs, and everything in between.
Local events year-round, too numerous to list.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will want a car to be able to enjoy all this area has to offer.
You should be able to move bales of hay as necessary.
Also able to shovel snow or use a snowblower.

Can I bring my own pets?
