About this assignment
A reliable, active, non smoking couple who will water our pots and plants and look after our two cats. One is an inside cat and the other prefers outside. He stops by when he is hungry and usually spends the day with us but sleeps elsewhere.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Watering the plants and terraced garden.
Feeding the cats morning and evening.
Not spending too much time away from the house.
Enjoying the sunny Costa Tropical.
What are the good features of the property and location
Pool.
Panoramic views of sea and hills.
Aircon.
En suite bedroom.
Wifi.
Peace and tranquility.
Only ten minutes or so by car to Motril supermarkets and the local beaches.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
House sitters would need a car as we would be using ours.
The nearest shop, bars and restaurants are five minutes downhill from the villa by car, too far to walk back uphill.
There is no electric car point.
Can I bring my own pets?

Relaxing stay with friendly hosts and two adorable cats.
We had the pleasure of house- and cat-sitting for Anne and Ian, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They are both very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Their cats, Pusscat and Smokey, are total sweethearts. Pusscat is funny and chill, while Smokey is a little star — she loves showing off for the camera and posing like a pro! There's also a swimming pool, spacious terrace, and a large porch with comfy couches, all ideal for enjoying the warm weather and quiet atmosphere. Absolute tranquility!
We had an amazing stay at the lovely home in the mountains. We were also fortunate to meet the delightful home owners. Their commutation was excellent from start to finish. It was so relaxing. Watering the plants and feeding the cats was just a pleasure. There was truly everything we needed. It was like a home-away-from-home. Their home is about an hour from the airport and driving there was so easy on the great motorways. It is also close to amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and stunning beaches.
