Denver area townhome near the foothills!

About this assignment

We are looking for a reliable caretaker for our senior dog and cat. Someone who can keep them company while we are away and make sure they are fed and taken care of.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the cat and the dog on their regular schedule, cleaning the litter box, walking the dog and taking him for bathroom breaks, taking out trash/recycling as needed, and checking the mail.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our townhome is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is located in southwest Littleton Colorado, about 25 minutes southwest of downtown Denver. We are close to dozens of nearby shops, restaurants, and all the necessities like gas stations, groceries, hospitals, gyms, and anything you could need. Our home backs up to a great trail system for biking or walking. We are within 15 minutes of amazing trails at Roxborough State Park, Deer Creek, Chatfield Lake, Waterton Canyon, Red Rocks and more! Downtown Littleton is charming for cute shops, local restaurants, and rooftop bars. Take the lightrail or drive into Denver for a concert, sporting event, or to explore the local restaurants!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like to have someone who can keep the pets on a regular schedule. They do not need to be at the property 24/7 just enough to make sure they are on a consistent meal and walk schedule. We also would like someone who can communicate regularly if needed.
