Osi is an Australian Shepherd mix and is 8 years old. She is pretty mellow for an Aussie and is very sweet. Floe (cat) is 6 and is very cuddly. She is indoor/outdoor and has house access through a window in the upstairs bathroom..

About this assignment
We are looking for mellow, responsible people who love animals and are interested in spending time in the hills of Tuscany, Italy with access to all that Northern Tuscany has to offer :)
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Daily care for our dog and cat including:
- Twice daily walks
- Feeding schedule
-Our dog can't be left for longer than 8 hour without being let out.
Keep the house clean and take out garbage and recycling on the regular scheduled times.
What are the good features of the property and location
Stunning hilltop location in the hills above Montecatini Terme with beautiful southern views of the Pisan Hills. The house offers the perfect blend of peaceful countryside living and convenient access to town—just a 15-minute drive to town or 5-minute walk to the bus stop.
Excellent transport links: Florence and Lucca are both under an hour away by train or car, making day trips effortless.
Perfect for pet care: A scenic 2.7km walking trail starts right from the house, providing easy and enjoyable daily walks for the dog (and cat!).
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We don't want to have any unapproved guests or parties while you are staying at our place. We expect our house and pets to be treated with love. No smoking or vaping inside.

Very friendly and accommodating owners of Osi & Floe
Collin and Annie really were wonderful hosts who I had the opportunity to sit for last year in Eugene Oregon, along with their two fur babies, Osi and Floe. Osi was very easy going and enjoyed her daily walks twice a day. The rest of the time she loved to 'people watch' with Floe. Osi loved her food as well as her treats which she had to find in her toys to make it more interesting. Floe was no trouble at all to take care of and enjoyed her wet food during the day and dry food at night. She also loved getting her treats from her toy. Having spent a month with the dynamic duo, you do get quite attached to the pets and I wouldn’t hesitate for the chance to sit for them again in the future!
