What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Let ducks and chickens out and feed them each morning. Put them safely and securely away at night. We have predators!

Possibly: Walk the dog twice per day. Pick up / clean up his mess and dispose of it, feed him as per guidelines. (But he might travel with us)

What are the good features of the property and location

Close to the sea where Bonnie Prince Charlie alighted. Wild place - pine martens, otters, deer, eagles, red squirrels. Music in the pub on Friday nights. Lots of sun out front in our garden

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is a 1-2 mile walk to the railway station, and buses only run from the village, nearly two miles away. A car or bicycle is useful. We could lend one.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
