About this assignment

We are looking for a reliable and caring person (one person only) who enjoys spending time with cats and would be happy to stay in our apartment while we are away. Our cat is a 6-year-old Persian female, very sweet but also a typical Persian lady who appreciates a calm environment and a bit of attention.

Ideally, the sitter is someone responsible, tidy, and comfortable staying in an apartment and giving our cat daily companionship. Previous experience with cats is appreciated, but most important is kindness and reliability.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The responsibilities are quite simple:
• Feeding our cat daily
• Spending some time with her so she doesn’t feel lonely
• Light grooming / brushing
• Keeping the apartment tidy and secure during the stay

She is generally calm and independent, but she enjoys company and a bit of attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our apartment is located in the suburbs of Warsaw in a quiet residential area. It is well connected to the city center by public transport (about 40 minutes), so it’s easy to explore Warsaw during your stay.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with nearby shops, supermarkets, and green areas for walks. The apartment is comfortable and a nice place to relax, work remotely, or enjoy a quiet stay with a fluffy companion.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are looking for one sitter only (not couples or families).
• The sitter should be comfortable staying in the apartment for all nights so our cat has company.
• Our cat is an indoor cat, so doors and windows must be handled carefully.
• The sitter should respect the apartment and keep it clean.
• Non-smoking inside the apartment is required.
