Looking for a cat sitter in Singapore April - May dates

I am looking for a reliable, loving house sitter who likes cats! I have my old handsome Buzz (American Ragamuffin) - looking for someone to care for him in April and May (22.4-12.5) whilst I am away! He is very friendly, easy to look after and loves company! :)

Something to note though - Buzzy is a senior cat 13 years old and recently suffering from cat dementia and some arthritis on his back legs. This can make him unsettled at nights, I am going to be discussing with a vet soon for appropriate treatment to ease his discomfort and make him more settled, this will be done prior to my trip but administering some medication may be required.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding Buzz and changing water twice a day, cleaning litter tray daily. General light household cleaning after him (as there can be some shedding of hair due to Buzz especially being a long haired cat).

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a one bedroom apartment (more studio style, hotel look and feel) in the East of Singapore. It's withing short walking distance to the nearest MRT (train) station where a lot of other locations within Singapore can be easily reached. We also have a bus stops as well outside the condo on the main road.

The condo facilities include:

Several pools
Gym
Golf driving range and putting green

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I would wish to have regular updates on Buzzy please :) Just someone who has looked after cats before and is clean and tidy! Thank you!
